Who is responsible

RATON SOFT operates this website. The full legal identity and contact details of the controller are published in the company details section of the contact page; while they are shown as placeholders, this deployment is a development build.

What data we process

• Form data you submit voluntarily: name, work email, company, phone (optional), country, current system, number of users, main challenge and your message.
• Consent records: which cookie categories you accepted and when.
• Interface preferences: selected language and country, stored locally in your browser.
• Approximate country derived from your IP address, used only to suggest an initial language and country.
• Messages you send to the AI assistant, processed to generate an answer.

What we do not do

• We do not store IP addresses in this website.
• We do not build visitor profiles or perform behavioural profiling.
• We do not infer sensitive personal characteristics.
• We do not use geolocation for any purpose other than the initial language and country suggestion.
• We do not sell personal data.

Why we process it

Form data is processed to answer your request and, where you asked for it, to prepare a demo — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and your consent for contact.

Marketing updates are sent only if you gave separate, optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Preference storage and the approximate country suggestion serve the legitimate interest of showing the site in a language you are likely to understand; you can override both at any time.

AI assistant

The assistant runs through a proxy operated by RATON SOFT, which forwards your message to a third-party language model provider to generate an answer. Do not enter personal data, credentials or confidential business information in the chat. Conversation history is kept only in your browser session and is not stored on our servers.

Who receives data

Form submissions are transmitted to the service configured to deliver them to our team. AI chat messages are transmitted to the language model provider used by our proxy. Hosting is provided by our static hosting provider. No other recipients receive personal data from this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a business relationship follows, for the period required by applicable law. Local preferences remain in your browser until you clear them.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details on the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
